SGA Town Hall 'a Forum for Students to Voice Their Concerns'

The SGA holds a Town Hall event every first Thursday of each month. The Town Hall is from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Science Building’s Faculty Dining lounge.

Breakfast foods, including bagels and fruit are offered during the event

SGA Members have a table to introduce themselves. The SGA members greet students as they enter the event: “This is for students who can't come to Student Affairs, or for students who aren’t familiar with SGA,” says SGA Vice President Daniela Navarette.

Students can talk to SGA members or use the submission box for students to voice their concerns about Wright College. SGA President Dominika Panek says, “The town hall is a forum for students to voice their concerns about SGA and the college.”

All student thoughts and concerns are then noted by Student Affairs. Student voice is one of the key missions to SGA says Secretary Yehuda Goldbloom. “We wanted to have a place for students to come to hold SGA accountable to our mission and goals. We wanted to make sure students’ voices were being heard.”
