The Super Bowl is an annual game of the best of the best in the National Football League. During the halftime, A-List music artists perform for one of the most coveted time slots on television.
Ahead of the game Sunday, February 9th, we asked Wright students what their predictions were for the Super Bowl.
The Kansas City Chiefs have won the past three Super Bowls in a row, some students believe they have the upper hand to win again. One student said, “I think the Chiefs are gonna get a ‘three-peat’.”
Others hope the Chiefs streak ends and for the Philadelphia Eagles to take home the win that was out of reach in 2023.
After an amazing Grammy run, students are also excited about the 22x Grammy winner, Kendrick Lamar, performing on the big screen. His 2024 hit ‘Not Like Us’ earned him 5 of his 22 Grammys the Sunday before the Super Bowl.
There are high hopes for both teams and for the halftime performance but the only way to know which predictions will come true is to watch the big game on February 9th at 5:30 pm.
