According to Conference, the Wilbur Wright College men’s soccer team is disgruntledly trailing behind Kennedy-King College who is 1-3, and with Wright at 0-3 as of Oct. 24.
Truman College is currently leading the Conference with a 4-1, with a three-game win streak. The beginning of the season has not been the easiest, although the first chapter is always the hardest to push through when it comes to laying a foundation.
Most recently, on Oct. 15, the Rams played against Truman College on our home field in Ogden Park, West Englewood. The game was an unfortunate setback of 0-9 in favor of the Truman Falcons. In this match, the Rams lacked a solid defense as well as an aggressive offense to combat the Falcons.
On Oct 26 at the South Fieldhouse at 2pm the Truman Falcons defeated the Wright Rams 9-0. While the playoffs indicate the nearing end of the season, we have next season to look forward to.
The behind-the-scenes of a fresh team will come together as established to reflect that synchronicity onto the field.
